PropertyPolish is provided by WorkerBee Consulting. By using the app you agree to the terms below.

Your responsibility for edits

You are responsible for reviewing edited images before publishing them in a listing or any public context. Edits may be inaccurate or introduce artifacts, and final review is yours.

Honest use of virtual staging

Virtual staging and similar edits must not be used to misrepresent a property's condition, fixtures, dimensions, layout, or permanent features. Disclose virtually staged images in a way that complies with applicable laws and the rules of your local real estate jurisdiction.

Subscription

PropertyPolish includes a free tier with limited lifetime edits. The Pro plan is $19.99 per month, billed through Apple when available, and includes 200 edits each calendar month for individual use. Pricing, features, and availability may change.

Fair use

Monthly edit limits protect service reliability and keep pricing sustainable. If an account reaches its monthly edit limit, additional edits may be paused until the next billing period or moved to a Business plan. We may also rate limit or pause accounts that put unusual load on the system.

Changes

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
